93 22re trans?'s

can anyone tell me what 5 speed trans came with a 1993 22re and if I do a 3.4 swap into one will I need to replace the trans? and if any kind of mounting point differences there are if any

If you have ADD, you have a G58.

If you have manual hubs and no ADD, you have a W56

yes, you will have to swap trannies. You will need an R150F V6 trans, or an r151f turbo trans.

I thought so but was not possitive now are there gonna be any issues with it mounting on the frame?it has a solid axle converstion will this matter in the grand sceam of things?

You will need a crossmember from either a truck or 4runner that had a R150....and a transmission mount for a R150...I took a an A340E crossmember from a 4runner, bought a trans mount for a R150 and VOILA! It worked.
