93 22re running rough

Please for give me if i not posting correctly I,m new to this.OK here is the issue i am having.I recently bought my son a 93 4X4 pu with a blown 22re motor I rebuilt the motor and rebuilt the head after working all the bugs out the motor ran ok I do have a little rocker arm chatter but I,m told that this is normal on rebuilt heads so I let it go at that but still have my droughts now we tagged it put put it on the road drove it for 2 days and now it runs at idle but as soon as you drop it in gear its spits a sputters and will not go over 20 mph. I all done the following checked timing 15 dg bftdc, checked valve adjustment, checked vacuum line and have no codes. don't have a fuel pressure gauge will pick up on today to check fuel pressure i have not replaced the plugs, wires,or dizze cap there were replace when i built the motor. any input will be great

Timing is 5 with the jumper installed, and 10-14 without. Either way 15 is not right.

What is the Idle set at, and are you using a good meter for this or just the in-dash tach?

I don.t know what the idle is I don't have a tack but by sound its around 500 to 800 rpms and it ran great until the other day. I did back the timing off to 5 deg with the jumper in. It did not make any difference.I also pick up a fuel pressure gauge but of coarse it does not have the correct fitting for this truck spent the day looking for a fitting for the banjo bolt. I also replaced the fuel filter no help either. My gut tells me it the fuel pump not pumping enough fuel for a load but enough for it to idle. Someone told me to change the Ignition module bit in my passes experience they normally break down when they get hot or they just quit
