So recently while I am driving the 4x4 dashboard indicator light has been coming on while I am in 2 wd and I hear clicking under the dashboard. I traced the vacuum lines and only one is connected under the hood? Is the second just a breather line? Or does it connect to vaccine also? I also noticed that the sensor in the front diff ( the plug in part) is not connected and What I think are the wires there are two of them are just hanging on the driver side of the engine could that cause the light to be coming on maybe their grounding out or something if anyone can help me it would really help thank you

No you are not supposed to have disconnected vacuum lines or wires just hanging.
