91 4Runner 3.0. Need help

In the last year I have replaced the rear brake lines and the front two axles. I started having a hesitation problem under light acceleration and having low rpms on a recent trip. When I got home I changed the spark plugs, K&N Filter, wires, distributor cap and rotor. Still seems to be doing it. I can't hear it in the engine almost feels like it's in the drive train. The roads way up north here are so rough it's hard to tell but almost seems like bumps set it off. Any ideas?

I just changed the rear diff fluid and tried plugging off the egr. There is a slight kink in the metal fuel line on top of the tank but if I give it lots of gas it seems to run ok. I also changed the tps. I'm at a loss on what to do next. the wife wants a new vehicle if I'm going to keep throwing money into this one. I am thinking about dropping the fuel tank to cut the kinked metal line and put on a longer piece of hose. This was an awful job the last time dropping the tank. Hopefully I don't have to disconnect the filler tube and vent hose. That was a pain to re connect. Can't anyone help?
