Lightbulb 90-95 4Runner ECU differences

I got a junkyard ECU today out of a 90-92 Toyota 4Runner, for my 94. I opened them up and the junkyard one is a little different than the one already in my 94. I understand there will be changes between years and some of the part numbers wont match up but there both automatic, 4x4, 3VZE powered trucks. It seems to run just as it did before with the 94 ECU, so i was just wondering if there was a problem out there with interchanging ECU's that i didnt find while researching, such as wiring pin-out for the sensors and what not

The ECU out of my 94 worked fine also but kept throwing codes in the end resulted in a faulty ECU, not that millage should matter at all my truck has 163k on it VS the 223k that was on the junkyard ECU.

Anyway, all input on the subject would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
