90 22 re tps?

I have a 90 22 re that threw a throttle position sensor code anyone ever have this problem if so how did the truck act run or start? Seems like mine actually floods out when trying to start unless I push the throttle a little once it's running no problems just seems to be at start up

I haven't experienced this problem, but you could check the resistance on the sensor at the different positions. It might only need an adjustment, instead of complete replacement. (Hopefully anyway.)

I've never heard of this problem before. Not sure that anyone's ever really experienced it before, either.

My best suggestion is to run a forum search on TPS testing. Might be a few threads on it already.

Good luck.
