Do you have a 4 door 22re 4runner, if so IO'm in the market. If not the problems your having with your toyota may simply be base on you intellegence level. For example you put a product intended to plug holes into your coolant system. Did you know that some of the coolant passages in your engine start out as small holes? The reason I ask is because if you meet the first critera I want the truck but I don't want to be labeled as screwing the retarded

Finally got my truck back from toyota..almost 2 weeks later.

They replaced the head gasket and timing chain, total bill, 2400$.

Almost my pants,

anyways, drove it out of there..got it home, and it was still surging.
So I take it back and they replace the thermostat and they say oh that will fix it.

Just got home again, drove around a bit, boom still surging.

What now? Take it back to toyota and spend another small fortune ? Well that ruined my weekend to say the least

hate to tell you this but i used aluma seal stop leak not to long ago and it turned into. what i call concrete same issues as you to and then about 3 weeks later i blew my head gasket. so go get it rodded out before you blow. is what i tried to post a while back sorry to hear all that but i replaced mine for 150 and about 200 for the parts from engine builder and advance
