i have a 1988 pickup 4wd manual with 214 k on it. been running fine till it started idleing real low and would shut off. it wont start when hot. If its started after its been sitting, it will start and run good for about 5 sec, idle down and die. i can give it gas and it will stay running. I checked and replaced the tps and same issue. AFM is working properly and coolant temp sensor is reading correctly. EGR is working and not clogged.No broken vacumm lines seen and air intake boot seems fine. I did soak the truck in some deep water about a year ago and soaked the computer. i dried it and its been good ever sense. i wonder if it finially got me? I also have a code 51. Any ideas? this is my DD and my diesel is wearing my wallet out. Thanks in advance
