88' 4Runner: Air in clutch system

So a few weeks ago I bled my clutch out and accidentally let some air into the system. I tried to get most of it out, but I must have missed some because a few days later my clutch started getting pretty flat. I then bled the clutch out again and made sure no air was coming out. It drove for about a week before my clutch started getting flat again. The clutch fluid in my reservoir hasn't drained since I filled it so it doesn't seem to be a leak. Also, before I flushed the clutch fluid I never had this problem. Last time I bled the clutch by blocking the slave cylinder. Any ideas of what the problem could be?

On a side note, ever since I flushed my clutch fluid out my transmission grinds when I down shift from 4th to 3rd gear. Is the problem related to the clutch fluid system at all?
