87 yota p/u trans leak

Got a guy at work he has an 87 Toyota PU 2.4ltr 2wd auto and we replaced to output shaft deal but fluid is still leakin past the seal after about 2 minutes of the truck running we replaced the seal 3 times since Saturday and still leaking anyone have any idea what would cause this? Tried looking for TSB's and have spent hours on google and forums but found nothing any help would greatly appreciated.

Right seal? Maybe the output shaft bearing is bad. Or the shaft is simply bent? The 2wd trans is a slip yoke and not a flange correct?

Seal is went dealer verified by diagrams called a friend at a tranny shop down the street and he said that there is a bushing inside the extension housing that could have gone bad and I drooped the driveshaft had my boss look at it and he said if the bushing is bad then the spline shaft can wobble causing fluid to leak. Is this possible?
