Starts great 1st time in the morning. The rest of the day you have to hit the starter crank a couple of seconds , wait a few seconds hit it again and it starts. sometimes it's like it's flooded
I can floor it and it will start.
what do yall think?
also it idles slow till you drive it about a half mile then it idles normal???

slow idle seems to be somewhat indeterminate.

for the harder warm starts, have you checked the FPR vacuum line for the presence of gas?

it’s a simple check. remove the vacuum line from the FPR. if it has fuel in it, the FPR is done. do this after it has been running, then sitting for a few minutes.
