So I abandoned my 95 4runner and today bought an 87 4x4 pickup. This truck did not come with factory a/c. So I'm curious what if any parts will work from my 95 4runner. The runner has a 3vze, my new 87 has the 22re.

Anyone know if the stock heater box will accommodate the a/c parts or is there a different box or components.

Go to http://www.toyotapartseast.com/ and put in your vin from the truck and vin number for the 4runner on another page and and compair the pics and part numbers side by side and see, best way to know for sure I think. I've done it with other parts...

Well I received a good call from the machinist. Block, crank and rods(bushings) will be done tomorrow. Bad news was my head was cracked between an exhaust and coolant passage. I orderd engnbldrs os valve head today. I'm looking forward to getting this thing all done!

So far I started prepping, priming and painting some parts. Still have plenty to go., plus simple green the engine bay nice and clean.

Earlier I installed my 95 runner dual booster and 1'' master cylinder. Got it all bled. I cant F'n wait for the motor, and head!
