I have a 86 toyota pickup 4x4 with a 5sped tranny, when i first got it, it shifted great just pretty much flicked it in gear but in a couple of days it has gotten to where i had to force it in gear, when today i had to turn it off just to shift it. i was wondering if anyone had any idea on what the problem could be.

Sounds like you've got a leak or air in your clutch line. Bleed it and see if it gets any better.
