86 4runner auto to manual transmission swap

I just picked up a 4x4 86 4runner with a 22RE, and auto trans. I pulled the engine last night for a rebuild, and while it is out, I want to think seriously about swapping the auto for a 5-speed. What all must be done for this swap. Do I need a different transfer case? Does the driveshaft length need to be changed? Which manual is best/most available. I will look for a donor vehicle for the pedal assembly and other parts. I have searched a bit to find info on this but am unable to find information on tranmission/transfer case compatibility and specific models.
Thanks
Joel

when i changed my 8r truck from the auto to manual trans i picked up everything i needed for from cal mini truck complete, hell even used the clutch that came with it, being short of cash at the time. miss the auto on the freeways, but not on the trail think it was a trans and transfercase from an 88, wasnt that hard to do becarefull changeing the petals ended up changing the brake ajustment which allowed brake fuild to leak in to the so that they ended up locking up on me . easy fix , just a pain to figure out

searrrch and you shall find your answers.

But you will need:

Trans
Transfer case
Shifters (both trans and case)
Drivelines (both)
Flywheel (with Manual trans flywheel bolts....yes they are different)
Clutch pressure plate
Clutch disc
Throwout bearing
Pilot bearing
Clutch pedal assy
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch hard line
Clutch soft line

You will also need to:
A. Switch ECU and Wiring harness to Manual trans style
B. Figure out a way to trick the system into thinking the neutral safety switch is there
