recently bought a rear seat for my 85, problem is its out of an 87. all i have is the cushions, so what hardware do i need? if anybody has pix of their back seat hardware or anything i can use all the help i can get with getting these pieces. the guy i bought it from will send me all the parts but he needs to know what i need. as far as i know i just need the latches on the seat backs, the strikers that those latches hook to, the hinge brackets on the bottom, and the rod that goes through the 2 split seat backs. right??? anybody? beuller? beuller? beuller?

Try a local pic n pull for the parts you need, you should be able to use the brackets from a first or second generation 4Runner. If you can`t find them there, look up yota yard (Google search), the a toyota only wrecking yard in denver, they should have what you need. Ive ordered things from them before. Make sure you get all of the brackets and the bolts you need.
