60's and 44's is running

sorry havent posted in a while been busy building

got the engine fired d-shafts built and steering working.
Drove it around the parking lot ,clutch is grabbing can hold it while in gear but
cannot shift normally.
Any ideas its got the stock 4runner master with chev sm465 slave.gonna try a chev master unless there are any other suggestions.

That is awesome. Also, I am glad to see a fellow British Columbian with such a sweet ride. Everytime I go through the Okanogen I see a bunch of huge trucks, but I never have time to stop and have fun.

I need to get the clutch working properly,it drag so when i stop i have to shut it down to switch gears

Thats just nasty!!! Looks mean and sounds meaner
Good luck on the clutch thing. I had the same problem, but it was wrong pressure plate bolts, wouldn't sit flush on the flywheel, so it would drag as well. Fixed that, good luck!!

When I had a G58 tranny in my 4runner it did what you are talking about. It turned out that the clip that holds the throw out bearing broke and allowed it to turn.
Also nice rig.
