4wheel drive not working
Hey all,
I know this topic has come up in the past, however, I still want to ask per my situation.
Long story short, I had my engine completely rebuilt over these past 3 months and I went for a drive yesterday to continue breaking in my new engine. The drive itself seemed normal (acceleration, shifting, ect) but when I got to my apartment complex and circled around with 4H active, I heard the click but it did not feel if 4wheel was on and the light did not appear on my dash. I know it worked prior to having my engine rebuilt and the mechanics did drop the transmission. Is it possible that its just not connected?
And this might seem like a silly question, but is there any way the 4wheel drive can be stuck in the reverse mode (such as when the lever is on H2 and its actually in H4 or L4) when the transmission is put back on?

Well, found the issue. Turns out my Vacuum lines were not connected properly by the shop. 4WD works now. Thanks again vasinvictor.
