4wd conversion

I'm sure it's been covered but a quick forum search and flipping through some stickies found nothing.

I have a 1995 t-5 truck, rwd, 22re, 5spd, extended cab(phew!) and I was wondering how difficult it is to do a 4wd swap.

My initial thoughs are:

transfer case
driveshafts( front and rear?)
front diff
axles
knuckles?

What all am I missing? A all of the necessary mounting points even there?

Thanks!

P.S. oh, and a pic:

He has everything you need to put her together as far as a solid axle conversion, the rest you will need from a donor truck
