4runner VS. Pickup Chevy leaf swap question.

I see all the info about the swap but I have 1 question. All the info is about pickups. On a 4runner, and the extra weight of the back seat, glass, top ...ect. is it best to go with the 4 or the 5 leaf chevy spring? Should I try the 5 leaf and see, then if it isnt ok take one of the leafs out? Thanks for any and all help.

If I take out the over load, will I have to worry about spring wrap? I thought it helped with that also?
