Hey all a while back I was putting the spare tire on my roof rack and in the process I caught the rear wiper (89 4runner) on my belt as I was sliding back off the truck. Now the wiper hangs down onto the rear window, I can push it back up but as soon as I use it it hangs down again. Is there a bushing in there somewhere that I might have messed up or is this something as simple as tightening a nut or screw?

Anything on this? Mine hangs down also. I tried moving it up one spline on the shaft, but that puts it too high.
