4runner questions

What kind of shocks and springs do I need? The rear end of my 95 Runner is sagging like 3 inches. I need to know what size springs and shocks I need. Good quality good price good name. One more question. When I turn my wheels as far as I can and hit a bump my suspension squeaks. Horribly. My friends call it antique suspension. Lol. How do I fix the squeak?
