3VZE knock sensor WIRE

Where is it?!?! I've searched and searched, found some descriptions of where it is and looked, but found nothing. Does anyone have any pictures they could post?

I think its the 3VZE, this is my first 4runner, its a 90 2-door V6. Its pulling a code 52. I think I found where the plastic connector is, but its broken and there is no wire to be found! I just need conformation that thats the location lol

Thanks!

The connector is on the drivers side right by the injectors. To replace it you need to pull the plenum and intake manifold.

I want to check the wire before I replace the sensor, problem is I can't find it. I've read that same description and its no where to be found.

Pics? Color of the wire?

I don't have a very good picture of it but this might work:

The knock sensor wire is the black plug with the white insides. It is just to the right of the throttle body in this picture. It will run back and disappear between the head and intake. The wire should be black as well. There are a few other pictures in that album that will show you the location of the knock sensor.
