3vze Coolant Purge Problem -- FIXED!!:)
After searching the forums i came across a fix for my overheating issue. First of all here was my problem:
Engine was not warming up hardly past "c". Decided to change the thermostat... found that there was not one there. So after putting in a new 190 deg. stat and re-filling, noticed it warm up instantly. Problem was it wouldn't stop going up. After shutting it off I noticed that the lower water hose leading to my stat was cold, as well as half of my radiator. I figured bad radiator. Changed that out with a new one and still the same problem. So maybe the lower deg. thermostat would do it. Changed that out...still the same problem. After deciding that it had to be a massive air lock i search the web...came across this thread
