3VZE code 24 Help!

91 3vz-e recently gave the code 24 so i replaced the air flow sensor (no engine light ever came on, just noticed engine losing power at ~3200 rpm).

i disconnected the battery to clear the code but the problem persists and it is flashing the "normal" code.

how long does it take to create a new code? i was sure the engine operating temp was hot enough.

could this be a fuel pressure problem? tps sensor? ect sensor? o2?

plugs are new but wires haven't been changed in about 3 years.

help!

You might try posting it in the 2nd gen section to get more looks? Good luck

A less ambiguous thread title may help as well. Something like "3vz-e code 24" would probably get more response. Just an idea, take it for what it's worth...

I'm not very familiar with this code (since I've never had it) but I re-titled and moved the thread so hopefully someone will see it and chime in with some useful advice lol.

ok, so just finished new plugs and wires and the problem is still there. i noticed a small crack on the air tube lip that connects to the throttle body.

could this small crack cause this?

and it still wont give a code after a 10 minute warm up. any advice on troubleshooting without codes?
