3rd generation rear leaf spring help

3rd generation rear leaf spring help
I got a pair of used rear leaf springs. Supposed to be for a 3rd generation that had a 4 inch lift. Unsure of the type of leaf springs they are. On the rear end side (towards shackles) appears: + + 535 P-35702. There is a small biohazzard symbol in between 535 and P-35702. Anyone know what rear leaf springs these are? Thanks

Thanks. That the only thing I found from google. They don't appear to be set up like NWOR springs nor the markings are NWOR so still sort of confused with these ones. Got them to lift the rear of the truck to rid the blocks but until there on I'm doing research they just don't appear to have 4 inches of lift to them.
