I also read this in the instructions after I got mine installed, and I was like, meh they prolly just did it to save their own butt, in theory a locker would prevent breakage instead of create it anyways.

5" suspension should clear 35's just fine, you'l get a lot of unwanted top weight with another 3"

As for lockers i love my welded rear but it's a trail rig you would eat tires fast if it's a DD and ultimately save money going with ARB's

And i dont know about ifs but it seems that with a true lock you would break something pretty fast. I think an autolocker like the aussie would be good for the front

as long as you know what your doing..you can avoid a roll over..i've had some close calls..been on the passenger side 2 wheels..because i was younger and stupider at the time..now that i have a good 3yrs of muddin experience under my belt..i can take some bad turns in the mud and not even come close to flippin it..its all about knowin how to drive..and knowing the limits of your truck!

i mean..i know my truck wont go through the same stuff that a truck with 36's or bigger went through..so i dont try it..and if i look at a hole...and i know its WAY deep..i wont go through it..i know the limits of my truck..i know how fast i can take corners on the street before i start scaring myself..
Well knowing your truck's limits is one thing but what happens when you come to a part you cant pass with a crazy tall lift.
