3.0 rough at 1500 - 2000 RPM

'92 4runner with 308K miles is running rough and missing at 1500 - 2000 rpm. Items done: new plugs, air filter, timing, fuel filter, seafoam in gas tank, replaced any suspect vacuum lines, compression check (115 on left 3 vs 140 on right). Am I missing anything easy. My next step might be to go to local mechanic for diagnostics. Thoughts?

You might have a bad or cloged fuel injector. Do you here any tapping noise at all.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Will seafoam in the tank help? I've only run the sefoamed gas for about 20 minutes.

OK, How do I diagnose a bad fuel injector? I don't seem to have any noticable missing at higher RPMs.

how old are the plug wires and dist cap? pull the plugs back out, find the one that is not firing, if its dry then i would guess it's the injector, if its wet with gas then look to the wires or even the cap. I noticed on mine that that it did not take long for a new dist cap to get corroded and cause it to miss. Also your compression numbers don't look so good.
