I have the diesel toyota radiators and 185* thermostats in my trucks coupled with Ford 3.8l electric fans (from Taurus and Sable) wired with 180* thermo fan controllers and 85A constant duty solenoids. No overheating issues at all but the fan does draw a lot of current when it is running.

See th thing is this is a daily driver I don't need to mod it up and put in a 3.8 Ford fan that's what my 40 is for
So i'm taking a good guess I should get the 3 row lifetime Transpro blah blah blah?

The OEM Rad's are pretty heavy duty units but most in here won't buy them because of cost. But I personally have a Performance Radiator and it's served me well for the past 35,000 miles or so.

My vote - performance radiator. Only place I could find with a rad that had the filler neck in the right position. Only about 10K miles, but no complaints at all. Has worked well from -15F to +110F.

just did the same thing
I just replaced the radiator on my 3.0 with a replacement from RadiatorBarn.com
If its not an exact replacement, its damn close. The price is really good, the service is great, and the thing works fine in all the crappy, hot San Francisco Bay Area traffic I get stuck in.
I definitely recommend it.
