ok so i have a 94 3.0 and the thing pings like crazy and cuts out under load or if i have to get on the gas. i know this isnt the fastest motor made but it barely gets up at all. please help thanks

 

should have good pep mine does....check.... timing, plugs cracked fouled ect, wires, tps, fuel filter, (Vafm), air flow sensor, battery, air filter, fuel regulator, fuel pump.....my guess would be the Idle Air sensor in the VAFM ....but it is only a guess....check all the above
