3.0 oil seals

Proud newish owner of an 88 sr5 runner with 308k on the clock!

Problem is she leaks out the front end of the motor a lot. I have already replaced the timing belt but didnt think to replace any seals.

So my question is...in preparing for fixing the leak once I do find it, what other seals should i replace while I'm in there. I'll be doing the oil pan for sure but I'm not sure what can be replaced without pulling the motor.

Any help would be very helpfull.

oh and dont tell me to replace the motor.....

that'll be in a couple years or once the 3.0 lets go

Front main/crankshaft seal and camshaft seals. That's pretty much all there is in the front as far as oil seals. Unless the oil pump is leaking from around the housing, which would mean it needs resealed to the block(there's a paper gasket/seal you can find for it if you try hard enough, but the FSM says to use RTV/FIPG).

The valve cover gaskets on these engines are notorious for leaking oil. If they aren't leaking oil now, they will be eventually....guaranteed. So maybe you wanna replace those too? But, then again, if they aren't leaking currently you might wanna just leave well enough alone for now. I dunno...
