3.0 Motor Swap - ECU Help

Hi, I just swapped a 92' 3vz-e into my 90' 4runner, & I'm close to firing it but had a few questions first. I used the '90 wiring harness & swapped a few connectors from the '92 including the distributer plug. I kept the '92 distributer. Are the coils the same? I checked & they both read .9 ohms at the 2 wire connector, but the plug wires are different. The '92 wires are rated for higher output. Also, which ECU should I use? The '92 was the same as mine except it had 1 extra 3 wire plug going to the back of the transfer case, but both have the A340H tranny. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance!
