3.0 loss of power under load (Randomly)

**Posted in multiple locations for visibility**
Need some suggestions with my 3vze 5spd. Having a weird issue where the engine will lose power randomly around 2300rpm in 2nd gear and 3000ish in third gear. basically is feels like an anchor was thrown out the back and there is zero torque.
5yrs ago it got a new fuel tank, sending unit, pump and filter. plugs were just replaced along with wires dist cap and rotor. timing is set at 10btdc with t1/e1 and base idle at 800rpm. i checked the cat tonight and its clean. Checked vacuum lines visual and with some brake clean all appear good. Had all the injectors out about 2yrs ago and rebuilt them/cleaned. checked values on TPS and that is within range. O2 sensor is reading 14ohm so that is ok as well. has new heads, cams and valves. Knock sensor is new oem 5yrs ago with new pigtail. No CEL codes. Loss of power only seems to happen when at operating temp and maybe able to drive for 15-20min and it will just lose power. In neutral with will rev fine 800-4500, under load in gear it will completely dog starting around 2200 rpm. i can cycle the key off/on and it seems to clear up the issue for sometimes 5-20 minutes maybe. Leading me to think that its a sensor or electronic issue, maybe ECM?
i have a fuel gage coming tomorrow to see where thats stands.

Let me know if there is anything else i can check out it would be greatly appreciated.

the saga continues. eneded up raplacing a damaged ECT sensor hoping that would cure and it didnt. checked the O2 sensor values and they were merginal so i replaced that as well, no dice. checked values on dist, vafm, coil, plug wires, ETC sensor, distributor air gap, EGR valve, fuel pressure is steady at 44psi.

the whole thing is head scratching. it must be sensor or ecm related b/c when the problem happens i can cycle the ignition off/on and the problem clears up for a few minutes before it returns. Guess i will try junkyard ECM to see if that works

Still at it. Changed the coil out last night and seems to be better through 2nd gear and 3500rpm. Still very noticeable in 3rd gear around 2900-3000, just no power at all and it chugs gas. Figured i would jump to the ignitor now and keep throwing parts at this thing, after that it will be the distributor i guess.
