I got a bad clicking noise in my 3.0 ever since I replaced the head gasket 2 months ago also. I didn't replace the orings on the injectors. That might be the problem heh? Maybe I should get the injectors rebuilt while they are out. How much does that cost about?

WitchHunter Performance in Bothell, WA is reported to do good work. I just sent a set of six injectors in. $15.00 each plus $7.50 return shipping. I spent 7.20 sending them out. For 104.70 I'll have tested and cleaned injectors with a flow matching chart.

RC Engineering in Torrance, CA offers a similar service for more $$.
