2nd Gen truck doors on 1st gen runner?

2nd Gen truck doors on 1st gen runner?
I have an 86 4runner with auto windows that don't work. I have the chance to buy manual doors from an 85 Toyota pick up and I was wondering if they would match up. And Id assume the front fenders match also?
