2nd gen flatbed conversion

The bed on my '89 is really rusty and the fenders are falling apart. The truck was used at a marina for launching boats (so I was told). I bought the truck for $100, I replaced the rear brakelines and a fuel line and it runs great. I would like to replace the bed with a flatbed eventually down the road and was wondering if it's a difficult process to do a simple flatbed? Advice? Ideas? Post pics of your flatbed setup if you have 'em please! Thanks!

Dropzone, thank you for posting those threads! The gears are turning! When I get around to making the flatbed, it'll be tailored to haul my motorcycle so the flatbed may be longer than the ones pictured. Thanks again!
