It was misfiring a bit and removing the 3rd plug wire it ran almost the same as it did with it plugged it, obviously ran a bit worse but compared to removing the other wires this ran decent

Took 3 of the AFM wires that go directly to the ecu and soldered 3 new wires to eliminate that out of the question. Still nothing.

Found something weird, if I hit my AFM the truck will run poopy at idle, like not a misfire sound but more like a fuel cut sound? Almost wanting to swap another AFM in and see this still happens

Unplugged my injectors one by one and didn't find anything worth noting. No fuel pressure test because I'm to stubborn to think that's the problem LOL

Hoping to find more info out tom as I have some free time this weekend.

Good news!

everything is fixed and going good now.

NO check engine light, timing is within spec all is well!

Grabbed another different ecu and took apart all my wiring splicing and soldered them all back and runs great now! Was obviously a broken wire but had enough strand to show continuity.

Lesson learned for next time don't be lazy and not check everything no matter how much work is involved LOL
