22re plug???

ok i just put the motor in and am not sure what this is


it seems to be to big for just a ground any help would be very nice
also not sure where this goes

i think it might have somthing to do with the efi or injectors, but not sure

I am almost 100% its the ground that goes next to a data link conector.

ground it to the intake manifold! thats what it is
