Does anyone know what to do with the second vacuum line coming off the power steering pump on a truck with factory AC?

I just installed the AC VSV actuator on my intake manifold plenum and it's clear that one line connects to the throttle body where a line from the PS pump previously connected.

Should this line be reconnected to the 4th port on the AC actuator?
