22re, No Start, No Time. Too Much Fuel?

This is my first post because I typically take the time to search, work, search, work, and so on until I fix any problem with my 1988 4Runner. Yotatech is amazing, and I've never encountered a problem this forum hasn't already covered.

Unfortunately, I need my truck to get from Eastern Maine to Western New York next week so I don't have the time to search and work this one out. It has made the journey 4 times in the past 8 months without any issue. She is a good truck.

Here's what is happening:

It cranks fine, has good spark and is getting fuel. When I pull the plugs they are soaked. I pull the fuse to the fuel pump, she cranks, starts, and stops when the fuel burns off the plugs. I put the fuse back in and she floods out again.

It is a stock motor and I've never touched the EFI. Where do I start??? Cheers!

Have you checked at the longer harness wire to the Coil/IGNITOR end? Buddy I know was fine on fire, fuel, etc.... but wouldn't start.... His ignitor wasn't connected all the way. I'm guessing yours is, but worth checking.

Watching, and if I think of something else/find something else... I'll drop it! Best wishes, I know you're pressed for time
