22re idle surgeing

hello yotatech!
First off i will say love you guys.. looked to many of your post for repairs!

now.. oh yes.. im going to bring up this dreaded idle surging issue.. ive looked at alot of dif post on this.. and havnt came accross one that matches up to me particular issues (yet).. so here it goes..
Mine only starts to surge (700rpm - 1500 rpm) after my truck has been driven for more than 45mins - a hour or so.. it begins!! also AND it starts immidatly after i turn the ac off... it runs fine but if i press the ac button to on.. nothing.. the second i turn it off BAM! it turns into a piss me off idle button..

my truck is a manual 92 pickup 4x4 22re.

anyidea you guys may have.. i will gladly take..

Thank ya for your time
Larry

It sounds like your idle is adjusted too high. Adjust it to 800 RPM's with the hot engine. Next, adjust the idle up solenoid to 900 RPM's with the a/c on.

just gave that a try ran it around town for awhile mashing the ac button like its an old nes controller and running like a champ.. Beers on me!!!!
well almost, lil bit sluggish now.. problably just going to have to find that sweet spot on idle and timming adjustments... but it looks like the surging idle may be gone!
