We used to use ATK alot in the 80's/early 90's, but stopped when we saw quality and customer service decline. Wonder if they did a 180 and improved both.
They were an absolute drag when it came to administering any warranty claims.

With a problematic core charge involved that parts store needs to reach out to the local repair shops and make a deal. Or try and return it to ATK and suck up any restocking/shipping fees.
