22re Bellhousing

Can anyone tell me if a 4cyl bellhousing and a 6 cylinder bell housing are the same or is a 6cyl bellhousing larger?

I am trying to swap in an izusu diesel and the 4cyl bell housing is to small to work with the adapter plate I'm making. So the 6cyl transmissions are different all together?
