I have an 86 4runner with 150k miles 5speed. I took a 40 mile one way trip today. on the way home I was going into the wind and up some long hills. I ran it kinda hard at highway speeds. Soon after a big hill that required me to shift to forth the eng light came on. I let off the gas and the light went out. it came on several more times n the way home and if i got completely off the gas it would go off, or go off in a minute or so. i pulled the codes when i got home and i don't know what to make of it. the truck never changed or started running bad. just the light.

I will say the temperature never went up.
