On the 22 RE,

There is a pipe behind the water pump on passenger side of engine, a hose runs from iac valve to this pipe, another hose hooks to pipe. does anyone know where that hose may run too.

There are two hoses on the IAC valve in and out. There is one more hose up under the intake, and it's a u-shaped coolant bypass hose. All the auto parts stores carry that one.

Here are the part numbers for all 9 water hoses on a 92 22RE:

gates: 18222, 18223, 28474, 18789, 21171, 21398
continental: 61422
dayco: 87687
toyota: 16261-35030

I believe the gates 18222 & 18223 are the two that go between that pipe & the IAC which is attached to the TB

Coolant bypass hose.. You can get that hose at the auto parts stores. It connects to the intake coolant bypass union on the bottom of the intake, and the other end to the big hose connection on the hard pipe from back of timing cover.
