Something in the spring would be nice.
Thats a good idea gentleman!

As Treasurer you can send me your money for the trip too

We'll have to have some t-shirts made to commorate the 1st annual RB4R gathering.

Members. The idea of a gathering was made kind of in jest by me but after thinking about it I feel it would be a great excuse to meet up. It'd be nice to be able to put names and faces together.

The VP has mentioned Yellowstone National Park (Wyoming) in the spring and for me it looks to be just about 1000 miles. I am confident that my rig will make that trip.

Now if, and I mean IF, this happens (economy, personal issues, rig issues, etc) then we need to set up some ground rules.

I'd prefer that we only run trails accessible by the least equipped rig or least experienced driver. Having said that I am probably the least experienced driver here.

Bring along a spotter if you can although I'll have a hard time bringing one that I don't want to sleep with (all my friends are female).

Come prepared. (water, fuel, parts, sleeping, food, etc) Oh and don't forget to bring a fishing rod or two and be damn sure to buy a license. That fishing license puts money back into the system so our kids can to the same things that we enjoy doing.

Conservation of the environment is paramount. We'll have to bring back out everything that we take in. Yes that means poop also.

Alcohol..... I am an avid beer drinker but I do not wheel while drinking nor do I wheel hung over. I'd appreciate it if we all followed this rule. We can get lit on the last evening while camped out at a hotel and talk trash about our comrades (Vitaly, da?).

Feel free to add anything or tell me I'm wrong on any ideas that I have.

Ricky.

That is a good idea. My advice is to have everyone drop some money into a cookie jar, lets say 20$ a month from now until the date is close. Then we can pool that money for shirts or something else like getting a member back home if his rig breaks, hotel rooms on the last day, something like that. I'd send you money but I don't have any yet so the cookie jar is my local treasurer. *grin*

would love to do yellowstone as well.......along with some other extended camping trips/expeditions I have planned for this summer. So getting the Runner up to snuff is imperative!

Yes, he has not punched me in face. But that might be because I don't steal fishing spot, or fish.

And I let him stay at myhouse so I could scare him with my furnace, now we're friends.

Basically, I wasn't thrilled after meeting you in person. Your kids, well they are kids so we will leave them out of it. Although having them look you right in the eye before they take a swing at you, not so great. Apparently I wasn't the only one to think that. And after the dick comment to Vitaly, well that was the last straw. We had to set up this last trip through PM's bc we knew you were too dense to get the hint, so we figured we just had to be direct and flat out tell you that you aren't welcome out and about.

I apologize to the nice people that didn't get to come along because we were too busy worrying about YOU!

And to that, I say GOOD DAY!

I would like to nominate Kiyo for -SA

hehe
