1994 pickup start/idle problems

I have a 1994 pickup 4wd with a 22re i recently bought the truck and it was having a really high idle when started and would slowly die down and the truck would die. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, cleaned the iac valve/throttle body, and replaced the throttle position sensor. After i replaced the tps truck would not crank at all. HELP!!!

any time you replace something without testing it you just complicate things.

Please explain the TPS "crank" issues. Was the above work done all at once, what tests were performed and thier outcomes that led you to replacing all these parts?

No they were not done all at once. I had my mechanic look at it and he said he ran diagnostics and thats what showed up as the problem. And after i replaced the tps the truck will turn over but will not crank. Sorry i dont have much knowledge on vehicles.
