I have a 93 Ext Cab 4x4 and I just put 6x9 speakers in the storage compartments under the rear windows. I am desperately trying to find a speaker cover to go over it, or something. Does anyone know if the SR5 model came with speaker covers that are removable?

I am trying to find something that will look professional. I may have to drill into the plastic, but that's fine as long as it looks nice.

I have put quite a bit of money into re-storing my truck. I added a pic for anyone who would like to see it.

If you have any info regarding what to use as a speaker cover let me know. Or if there is some type of aftermarket part that will fit, please send me a link.

If you can work with wood, then you could probably make something.

 

SR5's did have speakers in those locations, with covers that snap into place. The stock speakers far smaller than 6x9, so I'm not sure if the covers would really be of help, or not. I had to cut out the grill sections on mine to clear my Infinty 6 1/2 speakers. I replaced the grilles with perforated speaker mesh, using the remaining speaker covers as frames for the mesh.
