Here is my first 4Runner. 1990 214k miles 4wd 3.0 Utah

So I have a bit of front end damage. So I started taking off stuff.



I saw this I don't know what it is or if I need to replace it or leave it be:



I'm going to be replaceing the lights. I'll try and bang out the fender, and some of the metal around the houseing for the head light. I don't know if I can bang out the bumper. Does anyone happen to have a bumper they'd want to part with?

 

That thing you circled is the receiver or dryer for the air conditioning.

 

Well I'll leave t alone. I banged out the fender, that was not too much a problem. The frame around the headlight will not budge. I think I'll need a bigger hammer. I also noticed that the frame that connects to the bumper is a bit bent. That's going to be bugger.
