Does not shift from 1st to 2nd when I drive it for the first time of the day. After it shifts couple times it doesn't miss a beat. It will shift if I push the gas pedal easy. Had the TPS checked it was good. Put new throttle cable also. No change

Sounds like time for Transmission Service

Does it shift better if you let things warm up??

What does the fluid look and smell like??

Also, when I drive it for the first time in the morning. I push the accelerator normal it won't shift from 1st to 2nd until the rpm reach 3000 to 3500 but if I let off gas before it reaches that rpm's, it will shift. Does the kickdown cable have anything to do with that?
