Does Your AC work ??

If not just remove the fuse for the Fans or remove the relays.

That will not allow voltage to the fans.

Then your going to need to go through the complete fan circuit and see just where the system is getting power from

Is the truck Completely Stock ??

Any chance of hacked wiring ??

It might be time to get some help any friends that know 12 VDC trouble shooting .

Is your ignition switch so worn your pulling the key out before it is in the off position ??

Bottom line the circuit for the condenser fan is staying energized because it is grounded

Wiring mishap ignition switch ?? Relay contacts on #2 Fan relay welded together

This happened to me. That thing mounted to the core support burnt out and ran my fan and actually melted itself. No part number and don't know what it was. So I just ran power to a rocker switch on my dash and flick the fan on when I run the ac.

I had a Flex A Lite fan on my 93 4x4 yota and though it had a thermostat that you mounted in the center of the radiator, it kept running then completely died. I returned it to Amazon.com for a refund. From what I've read about that particular fan was the control box that contained the relay was the problem and like Wyoming said, the relay contacts would be the issue. BTW, Mine was brand new.
